BEIKS releases major upgrade of the Verb Conjugator for Palm OS handhelds

DALLAS (August 27, 2007) -- BEIKS LLC, the world leader in language, reference and entertainment applications for mobile users, announces a major upgrade of its Verb Conjugator reference line for Palm OS powered handhelds.

Designed to help foreign language students in their studies, the Verb Conjugator is a handy substitution for the fat grammar books.

It is implemented as one host application with language specific add-ons providing conjugations for that particular language.

Unlike most of its competitors, the BEIKS Verb Conjugator does not solely rely on a predefined list of verb inflections stored in a database; instead, it uses a dynamic mix of static records (database) and language-specific rules to generate the required inflections.
This results in a significant (up to 90%) decrease of the application size and response time.

The newly released version features full Treo smartphone compatibility, significantly improved user interface and the long demanded ability to edit and add user verbs and inflections.
The new Verb Conjugator can now also be stored and launched from a media card.
A new icon at the left of the infinitive input field indicates if the entered verb is recognized and valid, user-entered or unknown.

The update comes at no cost to the current Verb Conjugator owners. All they need to do is log-in at the BEIKS website and download the latst and greatest version.

Presently, the Verb Conjugator supports cojugation in Spanish, French, English, Italian, Portuguese and German languages.

Free trial downloads and purchases can be made at the Conugator home page at or through the mobile BEIKS site at (optimized for smartphone access).
